MSU Group Update

Hello Guys! We've definitely been making some adjustments that I'm pleased with and have been a more efficient way to handle the group and the public’s needs! We’ve been receiving a lot of e-mails and requests to join MPRA which is always exciting and flattering. I’m glad we’re making our way and earning more recognition and support! The only problem is that there are too many individuals wanting to participate and not enough skills and investigations being offered! I’m sure it would be a lot of fun for someone to join a paranormal research group but it’s critical that they offer some sort of experience and greatly needed skills. I thought it’d be easier to incorporate the public in our group and keep them updated with our progress but it seems we can do so only to a certain degree. Because MPRA is adapting a more MSU student background, the rules that the school upholds are a bit tricky to get around in terms of having nonstudent members joining. In order to receive all the benefits of being a Registered Student Organization (RSO), having free rooms and equipment to use for meetings and such, there must 5+ MSU students, a faculty member such as a professor, and someone to deal with the finances, etc because we’re enabled school funding. So you can see my dilemma! However, I have a proposal! Much like the meeting that was planned for this month, we’d hold public meetings whenever sufficient evidence and investigations were availabble. We’d be presenting all of our findings from research and individual cases and would be inviting the public to come join and discuss the paranormal! We encourage the public to bring in their pictures, videos, evp’s, etc. It would also be a perfect opportunity for those who are curious about having an investigation conducted in their home, to see what we’re exactly about and to show that it wouldn’t be an invasion of privacy. Also, if you have an investigation to offer and is an available option then please let us know and obviously you’d be included in the investigation. Or if you’ve conducted your own research, then feel free to send in your findings and we’d be more than happy to post the results! This is not to discourage anyone from requesting to join, however if you feel you truly have a gift to share (especially mediums and psychics) then please feel free to write! I always love meeting new intuitives and seeing if they’d want to assist in any investigations! Thank you guys so much for offering help and being so enthusiastic about this group! I love it! Hope all is well and talk to you soon!
